Key technology will include; Networks / TCP/IP configuration, Active directory, Windows Servers, Microsoft Office, ticketing system, telephones and PC's and printers etc. As you grow within the role, you will be able to take on more technical responsibility!This position is perfect for someone looking for a role within a business that has huge technical scope whilst understanding the internal systems at a ground level!The role:* IT support engineer

* 1st and some 2nd line support

* Windows environment, Active directory, windows server, Microsoft office, Telecoms

* Basic network / TCP/IP configuration

* Working within a skilled team of 3 other IT engineers

* Progression longer term onto more technology (2nd and 3rd line)The Person:* IT support engineer

* Basic knowledge of networks / TCP/ IP configuration

* Active Directory, Windows Servers, Microsoft Office experience

* Basic knowledge of ticketing systems.

* Telecoms equipment knowledge

* Looking to technically progress longer term
