This is a brilliant new opportunity to join a financially stable, international business and grow your application support experience with a fantastic customer base across a range of industries.ResponsibilitiesMy client is looking for a candidate who will:Support their customers on a 2nd/ 3rd line basis - scoping/ troubleshooting system issuesInvolvement in functional project tasks including analysis, design and testingProvide a high level of customer service for support tickets, both remotely and face to faceThe role is well suited to a candidate offering experience supporting ERP/ business systems, and somebody who wants to specialise further with business systems technology, with a leading ERP product - Microsoft Dynamics.
