Business Readiness Analyst We are actively looking to secure a Business Readiness Analyst to join Experis as one of our expert consultants, delivering services to our clients. Experis Consultancy is a Global entity with a well-established team with over 1000 consultants on assignment across 20 clients globally. Responsibilities Operational preparation and readiness for change under a central Permit to Operate framework (PTO) and governance modelProduce and execute business readiness plan including a) Policy and procedures, b) Training, c) Risk and Control, d) Business CommunicationsWorks closely with Technology colleagues to support UAT execution, defect management and test acceptance for application changesSupporting completion of post change review. Skills and Experience Works within a clear change governance frameworkEstablished resource requirements to support change delivery and works with other change partnersInterlocks change plans with operational functions and wider programme planFocal point for business change delivery and execution.
