Fullstack Java Developer/Production support - Investment Bank

Fullstack Java Developer / support is required with experience of  JavaScript, typescript, react, angular.  This position is a great opportunity for a candidate who wants to participate in building a state-of-art technology platform as well as further his/her knowledge of E-banking, cross-border payments and foreign exchange.

Java fullstack developer/Production Support individual will continue to develop and support the FX platform and to expand FX into the Investment Banks, domestic banks and third-party external payment processing companies and also build new product offerings (such as exotic currencies and API products). This is a standalone developer that will be based in London and will be the go to person for production issues, and localised and global project work.

The Java Fullstack developer will be responsible for system analysis, design, development and maintenance of FX+ applications and will be expected to be an active contributor to the System architecture and Delivery improvement.

The role will likely be 50/50 production support and hands on coding project work.

The Java Fullstack developer will report to the Development Manager and will be part of a global distributed teams in London, Paris and Hong Kong.

Other desirable skills:

Solid development experience in CSS, Sass/Less, Bootstrap 3.0/4.0. Angular 7, fontawesome

Has a keen interest on UI/UX and obsessed with details.

Backend technologies: Micro-services, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, J2EE, Java, Web Services, Hibernate, JavaScript

Continuous Integration processes and tools: Jenkins, Git, Test automation, DevOps
