CRM Client-facing Project Manager - Up to £70,000 + benefitsA nationwide Independent Software Vendor are searching for a client-facing project manager who specialises in engaging with clients whilst managing their custom CRM implementations. The company produces one of the leading management CRMs on the market and currently has a number of enterprise-scale implementations in process, so this is a great opportunity for a Project Manager who has extensive experience when delivering large solutions for more than 500 users.The Company A renowned Independent Software Company, who produce their own custom CRM solutionThe product that the company specialise in is a bespoke, market-leading business management platform which you will be responsible for delivering to our clients and managing any change requests that they may haveYou will be working directly with our clients, helping to support them and manage their accounts whilst managing our expert development and support teams to meet client needsRelaxed company culture, certainly not corporate! Get all the advantages of working with the largest companies around whilst working withing a fantastic environmentKey ResponsibilitiesYour role will be as a Project Manager, helping to organise our client implementations from end to endThe company are particularly keen to find a Project Manager with strong client-facing skills and a consultative approach so that they can build strong relations with their customers throughout the processYou will also be responsible for the management of the project throughout the implementation, ensuring that client requirements are being met by our development team and that budgets are being managed efficientlyAt the other end of the process you will ensure that customers are supported effectively, including providing training and managing change and development requests. Key Requirements Expertise in Project Management for CRM implementations, preferably custom CRMs with similarities to SalesforceStrong client-facing skills, background with a consultancy of a software vendor would be idealAbility to manage Enterprise-scale projects with large user bases and budgets of over £500kPrince II or Agile development certifications would be preferred but are not are not necessary if experience is suited.
