Job description

In this QA Test Engineer job, you will be based within the technical team at the cyber security company. You will working on a number of different, challenging projects, whilst being trained in both manual and automated testing. This role will give you incredible exposure to a wide range of projects, languages and environments, which you will explore whilst being trained and supported by the team around you.

Key responsibilities

In this QA Test Engineer job, your responsibilities will include:

Developing further technical understandings of products

Being trained on how to write effective and efficient tests

Carrying out both formally scripted and exploratory testing

Taking part in peer reviews, sprint planning and some group projects

Working on a range of projects that will effectively stretch your knowledge

Job requirements

At least 1 year of QA testing experience

A graduate with a 2.1 in a technical degree

Someone with a real interest in the technical side of information technology and software development.

A keen interest in QA testing, or some experience throughout your degree / commercially

Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal

Interested in using C#, C++ and Python
