Change Analyst (Retail)

We are looking for a Change Analyst (Retail) for one of the world's most prestigious retailers based in London.

The ideal Change Analyst (Retail) will have extensive experience of change and especially comms. You will be needed to run with the comms plan and ensure all activity is carried out across each of the 12 rollouts across the 4 sites. You will also need to be able to write great comms (briefing packs for stakeholders, emails, Yammer posts) to run with a comms plan and develop the plan further as needed. This is very much a hands-on role.

The workstream is working on the rollout of a WFM (Workforce Management System), so if you have any experience in WFM or retail - this would be highly advantageous.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and own the People Change Plan and serve as the central point of contact for facilitating joined up action to ensure that People Change is well managed.

* Develop and own the Communications Strategy and Approach for the Workstream. Liaises with Change Managers to ensure alignment with overall Impact Assessment.

* Develop and own the Organisational Analysis and Design work package and process for actioning the People Plan with HR.

* Develop and own the planning, development and delivery of change mobilisation and communication events.

* Manage workstream-level change assurance and deploy corrective actions, with a focus on people change.

* Lead Business Engagement (in collaboration with the Business Leads / Workstream Sponsors) with Senior Stakeholders, responsible for coaching them through the change journey.

* Develop the capability of the Teams and Tools Change, Training and Comms team (where appropriate) through training and coaching of change management methodology.

* Manage the overall Workstream Change Plans including Process Change, Training Plans, and Business Readiness Plans.

* Manage the day-to-day project level change assurance and feed into the Change Lead where required. As necessary, also take responsibility for all of the Change Deliverables at Project Level as outlined in the Change Manager / Analyst job specification

* Develop and own the process change impacts plan and create continuous feedback loop into Process Impacts Plan.

Skills and Behaviours

* Strong Change Management experience

* Experience with IT-driven systems transformations and/or WFM preferred but not required

* Comms skills essential

* Deep analytical skills coupled with strong stakeholder management capabilities

* Proven capability to deliver across multiple disparate projects within the context of a wider portfolio

* Good understanding of Retail or HR
