Salary: £60,000 - £65,000

Package: £6,000 Car Allowance, Pension Scheme, Holiday Allowance, Discretionary Bonus (up to 20%)Senior Quantity Surveyor SummaryA well-established, Warwickshire based Main Contractor, are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team.The company carry out various New Build schemes within sectors such as Commercial, Education, Industrial, Retail and Leisure; with values of up to £15m. The ideal Senior Quantity Surveyor will have previous experience commercially leading similar projects around the same value.This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor looking for a new challenge, or a Quantity Surveyor looking for the opportunity to make a step up in their career.Senior Quantity Surveyor RequirementsReside locally to Warwickshire

JCT Contract Experience

Experience running New Build schemes with values c£15m

Full UK Driving Licence
