Project Manager | Software Implementation | Healthcare experience | EHR / EMRProject Manager required to join a global company that is passionate about improving healthcare. The Project Manager will be the face of the business to the customers and will be responsible for ensuring that each implementation of the application meets their needs. The Project Manager will engage with both managers and clinicians in a continually evolving implementation of the software so previous experience of working in the UK healthcare is essential. Responsiblities & DutiesProvide patient safety related best practice information and advice to clientsTo provide regular status reports on projects to key stakeholders regarding deadlines, issues and risksTo keep lessons learned log and feed improvements into Professional services team for future system deployments.Ensure that all projects are delivered in a timely and professional manner, meeting key milestones.Keep all project documentation up to date.Keep up to date with patient safety best practice.Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise professional services teamIdentify and report any product enhancement suggestions.Skills, Qualities & ExperienceExperience of working in the UK healthcare marketExperience in Project Managing EHR / EMR software implementationsAbility to troubleshoot issues under pressureAbility to engage with all levels of managementAbility to deliver a professional imageSelf-motivated, decisive, with the ability to adapt to change and competing demandsExcellent leadership, communication (written, verbal and presentation) and interpersonal skillsExperience of patient safety and risk managementProficient in Word, Excel, MS Project and PowerpointProject Manager | Software Implementation | Healthcare experience | EHR / EMR
