This is a great opportunity to join a thriving business, supporting over 1500 users Europe-wide.DescriptionService Desk Analyst - 1st Line Support - CreweIn this role, you will be responsible for the internal and external customers day-to-day 'journey' through IT.This includes;Acting as the first point of contact within IT (Solution and Technology) to all internal and external customers.Dealing with all internal and external customer IT incidents, requests and queries.Assists IT teams to prioritize and manage their incidents and requests within agreed SLA's.Acting as the IT Co-Ordinator for Major Incidents and escalations.Identifying service improvement activity. ProfileAt the heart of this role is the importance of putting the customer first and providing an excellent service, every time. As the first point of contact for any IT-related issues, as well as interfacing with external vendors and suppliers, it is key that you are a proactive, friendly individual with great communication skills and the ability to talk through technical issues without all the jargon!The following skills/experience is required:ITIL certifiedAt least 3 years' experience in an IT Support roleExperience working in a medium-large sized company, supporting at least 1000 usersActive Directory administration and troubleshooting experienceGood knowledge of MS Office 365 applications, including Skype and SharepointDemonstrable experience supporting hardware and software, including mobile devicesSome experience with networks and wireless technologiesFull, valid UK driving licenseWilling to travel occasional to other sites, including in Europe if requiredExperience within the insurance or financial services industry would be highly beneficialJob OfferThere is a competitive salary and a range of comprehensive benefits on offer, which can be disclosed upon application.Please note you must hold a full, valid UK driving license in order to be considered for this position.
