Seeking a well rounded Senior PM with Business Change experience (Business readiness, training plans, communications) and ideally an understanding of IT enabled change across ERP Finance and Commercial Systems, Purchase to Pay, Account to Report etc.

The successful Project Manager will own the delivery of their end to end projects within a wider programme, aligned closely to the business to manage expectations, engage Change Champions, agree prioritisation and signoff for deployment of people, process and system changes, building this into well structured delivery of a phased rollout via project plan inclusive of adoption, communications, training and readiness, identifying critical path, reporting via RAID and managing change control and scope creep, reporting into Programme manager.

You will be comfortable working with and reporting into senior business stakeholders and board level management, strong interpersonal skills and a confident, rapport building approach are a must have.
