Role: Business Analyst - PAYE

Start Date: ASAP

Key Accountabilities

* Work across workstreams ensuring full delivery within tough regulatory driven timelines

* Analyse AS-IS process and system, present findings and recommendations for required change to sponsor/stakeholder for approval

* Build solutions identifying innovative and pragmatic implementable ideas

* Provide subject matter expertise on Customer source systems, Master Data, Hierarchy management, General Ledger set up and financial control and reporting processes.

* Lead the implementation of solution into the operational environment including preparation of user documentation

* Provide post implementation support to financial control stakeholders and users ensuring change is implemented successfully in the line teams.

Stakeholder Management and Leadership

* Participate in reviewing Junior BA analysis and artefacts and offer advice and feedback/knowledge.

* Typically faces off to AVP / VP level stakeholders for more than one business area.

* Establishes positive relationships with colleagues based on trust and mutual respect

* Proactively develops relationships with colleagues both inside and outside their own team

* Seeks a clear understanding of their role and the steps that need to be taken in order to deliver successful and sustainable change

Essential Skills/Basic Qualifications:

* Knowledge and Experience of Financial Control Processes and Systems;

* Leadership Skill ensuring opinions are listened to and acted upon;

* Systems analysis techniques;

* Ability to work collaboratively in large team;

* Full project lifecycle processes;

* Business analysis techniques;

* Expert user of Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Visio;

* Excellent communication skills

Desirable skills/Preferred Qualifications:

* Knowledge of banking services and products;
