CAD Engineer (Joinery / Retail Design)

£30,000 - £35,000 + Industry Training + Pension + Company Benefits

Leicester - commutable from Nuneaton, Hinckley, Bedworth, Wigston, Lutterworth, Ibstock

Are you a CAD Engineer looking to join a multi-million pound market leader and work with the most well-known brands in the world as you can develop as the go to Engineer for the department?

This is an excellent opportunity to work for an expanding industry leader with a wide global presence as you develop your skillset in a varied role so you can become an expert in the industry.

This role will involve taking projects from concept to production with clients such as JLR and Mercedes Benz as well as undergoing further software training.

This organisation boast a turnover of over £400 million and clients with the biggest names in retail as well as the automotive industry. They are planning to merge their departments to offer more industry exposure for their staff.

This role would suit a CAD Engineer ideally from a joinery background or retail design.

The Role:

*Create designs and drawings to carry through to production

*Manage projects from cradle to grave

*Develop skillset through training and industry exposure

The Person:

*You will be a CAD Technician ideally from a joinery background or similar

*You will ideally have experience of SolidWorks 3D or similar software
