Trade Floor Support Deputy Lead

As a trusted partner to this world leading finance group we have been tasked with recruiting a Trade Floor Support Analyst with relevant experience in financial institutions to support the joint trade floor and its associated systems. You will be working in a trade floor support team of 7 and will be supporting the team leader as deputy team leader

Skills / Environment

-Experience in a trade floor technical support lead position

-Strong working understanding of Bloomberg and Thomson Reuters

-1st, 2nd and 3rd line support for Treasury/front office systems

-IPC Dealerboard

Role Overview

You will be supporting the securities and bank trade floor and apply your trading systems knowledge and understanding of trade flow. You will also act as a deputy to the Support Team Leader to help drive towards increased productivity and user satisfaction.
