My client is looking for a DevOps Engineer to join their thriving consultancy based in Yorkshire.They are a prestigious AWS Partner who work with some of the largest national and international firms in fintech, government and retail in the UK.You will be working in a small team to deliver scalable operations to multiple end-users on AWS Lambda and Kinesis whilst also working with Senior Architects to deliver the fully automated deployment of applications to severless cloud, as well as live data streaming.

Role & ResponsibilitiesCut the application deployment time considerably Transform the digital operations from on premise to AWSAnswer internal queries in technical and non-technical terminologyOffer your insight into digital operationsPresent your evaluation to seniors and act as a liaison between the DevOps team and senior stakeholders

Skills & QualificationsAWS Lambda, Kinesis (as minimum)Developed experience in cloud migrationsDesigned and implemented CI/CD PipelinesThe right candidate will have experience using agile work practices (Kanban/Waterfall)Previously worked in TDD environmentExposure to Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible Playbook, Terraform and JenkinsBenefitsThe opportunity for remote working (2 days/week)A great community with monthly social eventsContribution to travel
