NetSuite Cash Accountant - Temp to perm

I am working with a leading managment services firm who are currently in the market for an experienced Cash Accountant to join their team on an initial contract basis. After a succseful project there is an extremley strong chance of recieving a permananet offer.Responsibilities will include:Responsible for timely invoicing of all clientsProduce aged debtor reports and liaise with the sales team to recover debt in a timely manner, using interpersonal skills to minimize any damage to customer - account teamEnsure AP targets are met and suppliers are paid on timemanager relationshipsManage and control active contracts with clients to support the salesResponsible for timely resolution of supplier queriesAssist in the company's management of Net Working CapitalCommunicate effectively with all functions across the businessIdentify areas for process improvementPrepare and report appropriate KPI's to senior managementPrepare and distribute reports to senior managementAssist with month end processAssist in budget preparation where requiredAd hoc duties as requiredRequired skills and experience:NetSuite Strong AP / AR skills and a willingness to make sure these functions are serving the needs of the wider businessA willingness to liaise with colleagues at all levelsStrong Excel skillsHigh level of attention to detailTeam-orientated; a can do attitude and flexible approachAble to work under pressureMy client is looking to hire a candidate this week so please do not hesitate in sending your CV if there is an interest - [email protected] Frank is the leading NetSuite recruitment firm in the UK advertising more NetSuite roles any other agency.
