We are looking for somebody with extensive Mitel telephony/Contact Centre administration experience to come in on a short term contract to clear an outstanding backlog of requests relating to the creation of Hunt Groups, Pick up groups, extension numbers along with tidy-up/maintenance activities and the resolution of customer incidents.We are looking for somebody with extensive Mitel telephony/Contact Centre administration experience to come in on a short term contract to clear an outstanding backlog of requests relating to the creation of Hunt Groups, Pick up groups, extension numbers along with tidy-up/maintenance activities and the resolution of customer incidents.
