One of the UK's leading British Food producers and suppliers to some of the countries largest supermarkets is looking for an IT Project Support Manager to join an expanding company.Client DetailsOne of the UK's leading British Food producers and suppliers to some of the countries largest supermarketsDescriptionERP Support Manager - £40,000 - Milton KeynesJob purpose:You will be part of a project team that plans and delivers IT Projects, which focus on the MRP/Factory systems within the Food manufacturing industry. As a ERP Support Manager, you will be engaging with stakeholders to further learning and development.The company needs someone who has been hands on within a large project for an ERP implementation, which is taking place with Microsoft Dynamics NAV.Main duties:As an ERP Support Manager you'll be tasked with planning, implementing and delivering key technology projects and processes across the businessOther elements to this role will include:Plan, implementation and delivery of key technology projects and processes around the ERP systemLiaise with central IT team on ERP system modifications to develop a system for bespoke usePropose a training programme for end usersSupport the business to improve stock accuracy, user adoption and processesEnd user requirements by liaising with the line managers and factory users to identify development opportunitiesResponsible for various individual work stream deadlines against the overall project plan to ensure tasks are completed on timeLead the project support teamLiaise with the central IT team for ERP upgrade and central changesKey relationships:Business analystERP ManagerCentral IT (development team) ProfileERP Support Manager - £40,000 - Milton KeynesOur client is still growing and expanding, alongside just opening a new site so are looking for a career driven candidate to come along this journey of progression.Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision)Food manufacturing experience desirableMRP/WMS experience essential - in design and development of ERP systemsNeeds to understand business processes to help deliver software solutionsMust be an excellent communicator and able to learn about projects quickly in order to be successful for this positionIdeally has worked on ERP designs and rolled out projects in-house within a company or for a consultancy Job OfferERP Support Manager - £40,000 - Milton KeynesSalary up to £40k per annumClient is happy to also look for a temp to perm candidate
