Quantity SurveyorQuantity Surveyor | Berkshire | Residential Developer I am looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to work for a regional arm of a national housebuilder. This company specialises in the delivery of high end and bespoke housing across the south and have an outstanding reputation for designing and building new homes to the highest standard.The successful Quantity Surveyor will be based out of my client's office in Berkshire, initially working on you will be working on a £6 million development which will be delivering a block of 35 flats. The ideal candidate for this Quantity Surveyor position will have extensive experience delivering residential projects, ideally whilst working for a housebuilder. This is a great chance to progress within an expanding business who have a solid pipeline work. Requirements for this Quantity Surveyor position: Must be HND qualified or higher.Must have at least 6+ years UK experience working as a QSExperience managing new build projects with exposure to JCT form of contract.Previous experience working for a residential developer or main contractorExperience managing a large new build residential project will be advantageousPrevious experience running your own projects will be preferred.Excellent communication skills, verbally and writtenKnowledge of the Residential Development marketGood organisational skills Remuneration for this Quantity Surveyor position: £55,000 - £60,000 per annumCar allowanceHealthcare benefits.Competitive bonus.Pension scheme.
