Cloud Architect (Azure AWS GCP DevOps IaaS PaaS SaaS Middleware Agile). Are you an experienced, ambitious Cloud Architect looking to accelerate their career in a start-up with huge potential? In this Cloud Architect role your work will have a real impact from the start, as you will be responsible for developing technical roadmaps to write and maintain scripts for optimum business efficiency, guiding DevOps and designing support systems to ensure the exceptional value is being maintained across all product lines. Your expertise will be relied on as the company navigates a period of rapid growth. This will take a resilient individual, committed to ensuring the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability. You will be responsible for monitoring and testing applications, recognising potential bottlenecks and identifying potential solutions to maximise performance and minimise human intervention time on any tasks. Requirements: You are a Cloud Computing expert, with experience in virtualisation technologies, e.g. IaaS, PaaS, SaaS delivery models and cloud platforms like Azure / GCP / AWS You have a thorough understanding of infrastructure (firewalls, load balancers, hypervisor storage, monitoring, security etc.) and have experience with orchestration to develop a cloud solution You work to maintain fluency and current knowledge of cloud computing technologies, trends, services and popular third-party tools You are a self-assured communicator, confident in relaying complex technical information to a variety of internal and external parties Desirable: experience in middleware software, e.g. Mulesoft, Snap Logic You'll be joining a small, extremely collaborative team based at stylish, comfortable offices in the heart of the City. You'll also have free access to facilities at the investor offices a short walk away, including a gym, restaurant, workspaces, etc. As a Cloud Architect you will earn a highly competitive salary (to £120k) plus share options, and benefits.
