QA Test Analyst / Manual Software Tester (CRM PEGA SQL). Would you like to work on complex and interesting systems, gain valuable knowledge of financial trading and enjoy a good work life / balance with flexible working?

As a QA Test Analyst at this UK based online trading firm you will collaborate with Business Analysts, Software Developers and other Test Analysts to review business and technical requirements and prepare test cases with a particular focus on Regression Testing across CRM, Application Forms and Website Content Management systems. You'll help investigate issues in the test and development environment and is assist in the management of the production triage process including day-today review of Pega 7 inbox, CRM ticket creation and linking to ITSMs. You will also manage the automation test process for the projects you're working on and ensure that new functionality is provided to the automation team before the release is moved to UAT.

You'll be working in an informal atmosphere in the City with a good work life balance, casual dress code, bright, funky offices and a peaceful work environment.

Requirements:

Strong experience as a QA Test Analyst

Experience of manual testing on all modern browsers

Experience of testing a CRM; Pega advantageous although not necessary

Experience of using story / bug tracking tools such as JIRA

SQL scripting skills

Agile team experience

Ideally you will have had some exposure to automated testing (e.g. Selenium, Junit, Java, Jenkins)
