We are actively seeking a talented Offshore Development Resources Coordinator to join a growing software company based in Kingston, Surrey. The successful Offshore Development Resources Coordinator will be part of a small, dedicated development team within the organisation which will be responsible for creating, enhancing and maintaining a replacement for the company’s extremely popular platform.To be considered, the Offshore Development Resources Coordinator must have proven Offshore Resources skills gained in a quality-focused, delivery-driven environment, as well as strong interpersonal abilities, which are essential to provide a good fit within the current team.Offshore Development Resources Coordinator Core competencies:Proven experience in successfully overseeing the work of offshore and remote software development resources in a challenging deadline-oriented and quality-driven environment.
Excellent business analysis skills and experience gained in a competitive, commercial environment, with particular emphasis on the creation of clear, concise and accurate written requirements and their effective communication to external developers.
Strong knowledge of the latest IT technical architectures and the full software development lifecycle, preferably with previous experience gained in a relevant technical role such as a developer or analyst.
Proven experience of modern testing methods such as unit, integration and full end-to-end testing, using both automated and manual processes.
Established experience of the provision of second and third level technical support for complex web-based software platforms.
Experience of agile development techniques - TDD, BDD, etc.
You will be familiar with relational database capabilities and good data schema design techniques.
