Developer Levels - Level 1 - 30k to 40k + Level 2 - 40k to 50k

What to expect
You will be developing software for our Interactive Response Technology (IRT) platform and building a completely new features for a client just to meet their specific need.

Keeping Developers skill set up to date is a priority:
We have a full-time architecture team dedicated to updating and improving the current application. They are key in driving new technologies into our products.
The products are constantly being updated to add new features and technologies.
Async was added in v3.10Multihost (a feature of NServiceBus) is being rolled out in v3.17.
The Development projects we are involved in can run for many years, one of the design considerations was how we could avoid the "technical debt" of running older versions.
We are currently examining ways of moving to the cloud and looking at the technical changes needed as a result, e.g. .net core.
We provide developers with PluralSight licenses which allows them to learn about any technology they like
We encourage in-house tools to automate processes and create efficiencies

We have created a developer Black-belt program to encourage learning and promote exploration of new technologies
Extensive Training Provided
Our unique training program for new technical hires is comprised of sessions designed to provide context around what we do within our platform and how. You will be in a 'sand box environment' in order to get fully up skilled so you are 100% ready when you take on a live project.
