Provide outstanding third tier support for your area of responsibility
The person
We've put together a strong team of professionals here and we're looking for more of the same. In other words, as passionate about great teamwork and customer satisfaction as you are about the tech. Know at least one of our programming languages - C#, Java or Apex, as well as frameworks and databases
Love the idea of working in an environment where things - including the tech - are always changing
Have great, broad knowledge of Cloud, Social, Mobility, IoT, Big Data and other 21st Century IT
Be an innovative, creative thinker who can work brilliantly as part of a team
Have great knowledge on Architecture Best Practices and Patterns (Microservices, CQRS, Event Sourcing and Domain-Driven Design)
The offering
This is your chance to build a great career, right here in Reading. All the development you can handle and challenges galore. That means global hackathons, a Technical Fellowship programme and you'll get five training days plus five volunteer days per year so you can learn and give something back in the local community. And all this with a company that's as local as the annual festival! At the office, we have a running club, yoga and of course, loads of fantastic tech... which reminds us: create something that we go on to patent and you'll get an Inventors' bonus.
