We're looking to recruit a Javascript Full stack Developer who will be responsible in designing and maintaining our analytic solution for desktop and mobile. What follows is what you might find our JavaScript Full stack Developer mostly doing, but your experience will flex depending on the team's needs, and your own aspirations. Our objective is to grow and create an environment where you can do what you enjoy.

You'll be passionate about future tech and trends and look for opportunities to bring these into the lab to keep our digital stack moving forward.

You'll be given the opportunity and freedom to design and shape the architecture and code structure to develop new features, improvements and 3rd party integrations.

Key accountabilities and capabilities of this role include

Positively influence others by demonstrating core LBG values and behaviours.

Act as a source of professional expertise and have accountability for continuously evaluating models, systems and sources of information, identifying potential for risk and ensuring fit for purpose where applicable.

Manage the delivery of meaningful focussed management information e.g. customer, competitor and market insights; resource, financial, benefits and project specific planning and tracking; through research and data analysis which drive business decisions.

Manage the definition/delivery of meaningful project objectives and the overall approach to requirements analysis and solution design. Use own judgement as to when complex issues require critical issue.

Manage and minimise operational risks.

Ensure the design and delivery of relevant models and identification of target operating models; own the resolution of design issues and risk

Build and maintain internal and external networks to source data and information to enable timely recommendations and advice.

What we're looking for:

Deep and broad understanding of JavaScript/NodeJS with strong development skills and exposure to modern JavaScript libraries and tooling, such as Reactjs, Redux, Webpack.

Familiarity with server-side REST APIs.

A working knowledge of a wide range of engineering practices and tools.

5 years + experience in a developer role.

Aware of emerging technology.

Experience on Front-End test automation.

Experience with Tag Management Systems, Adobe Analytics, A/B Testing and General Data Analytics are desirable but not essential.
