IT Service Analyst Have a FTC for a Service Analyst to assist the SDM in all things ITIL. Has to have sold stakeholder management, understanding of Problem, Change and Incident Management. Good communication and documentation skills as well as an ITIL qualification. You get will get good exposure to how ITIL works in a large organisation.
