Job Title: IT Service Desk Team Leader
Location: Leeds City Centre
I am currently looking to recruit a IT Service Desk Team Leader to join my client who are a market leading company, their offices are based within the centre of Leeds and are easily accessible, with only a short walk from the train station. This company invests heavily in their teams and offer an outstanding work life and benefit package including a great annual bonus.
Purpose of the role:
You will be taking on full responsibility for managing, motivating and developing Service Desk staff. Identifying problems and ensuring management are kept up to date with key problems and issue their status. The IT Service Desk Team Leader processing and developing the support of new systems / developments, as well as producing weekly and monthly statistics and perform trend analysis. Communication skills play a big part in this role as you will be communicating with other teams and departments to improve and add to the services the service desk offers.
System / Business Process Knowledge:
*Expert CAS/MAS/MSS knowledge
*ITIL experience
*Good MS-Office knowledge
*A good understanding of the systems development life cycle
