A Procurement Manager is required by our Global FMCG client based in Port Sunlight for an initial 6 months contract. As the Procurement Manager you will be required to focus and manage the Travel and Fleet services, liaise with key stakeholders on service line strategies and targets - business partnering Negotiate commercial terms covering both price and contractWork closely with key areas e.g. Legal, Privacy & Info Sec - to ensure compliance to legislation and local requirementsLiaise with suppliers on any issues related to poor service or under performance of key personnelProvide input to Sourcing Governance Meetings as required for key projectsEnsure contracts are signed as per latest Authority Schedule & uploaded to CLM toolMarket intelligence gathering on new trends and suppliersSupplier relationship management and governanceProvide guidance to local markets on suppliers, tools and technologiesHost monthly 'connect' calls with markets to update on global plans and check local plans and performanceGood working knowledge of fleet and travel services:

Air, hotels, TMC's (travel management company), fleet Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM), fleet leasing and management services, short term rental and leasing, ground transportation (taxi, exec. and chauffeur car services), fuel and related management, meetings and events,Contracting - global contract negotiation, advise on local contracting and linkageWork to support the EV100 strategyAssess and source relevant suppliers and solutionsAdvise on how we can better define and meet EV100 (sourcing model)Input into and advise on internal travel and fleet policies (market trends, impacts costings etc.), plus enforcement of policies with markets (drive compliance)Advise on GDPR and RSP considerations of strategies or suppliersRun global sourcing projects, Tenders, RFPs, commercial negotiations In the first instance please submit your CV.
