Assistant Quantity SurveyorAssistant Quantity Surveyor | Essex | Contractor This five-star house builder specialises in the delivery of both private and social housing across the south and have an outstanding reputation for designing and building new homes to the highest standard.My client has Assistant Quantity Surveyor requirements across three live sites in Essex. All the sites are traditional build housing with build values ranging between £15m and £55m. Ideally, I am looking for Assistant Quantity Surveyors with main contacting experience who have had exposure throughout the complete project life cycle.Not only will the successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor be enrolled in a top-quality development programme they will also be personally trained and mentored by experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor with decades of experience under their belt. Requirements for this Assistant Quantity Surveyor position: Must have a BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying or a relevant degree.Must have at least 1+ years UK experience working as an Assistant Quantity SurveyorExperience working on new build projects with exposure to JCT form of contract.Must have previous experience working for a main contractorExperience working on residential projects will be advantageousGood organisational skills Whats on offer for this Assistant Quantity Surveyor position: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum (depending on experience)Car / travel allowance.
