1st Line Support Technician required for initial 2 week contract based in Hammersmith. The chosen candidate will be providing IT support to internal users and look successfully to resolve tickets raised.
Duties:
* 1st Line Troubleshooting
* On site user support
* Installation of Hardware and Software
* Remote Desktop Assistance
* Administration of general IT activities, including documentation
Key requirements:
* Windows 7/10
* Active Directory
* Basic IT Troubleshooting
* Networking Basics - TCP/IP
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
