Senior Business Analyst with expertise in OTC Margining and Derivatives Processing sought by a major Dutch Financial Institution. As a Senior Business Analyst you will have experience with delivery or regulatory initiatives within Markets.You will be expected to perform the following duties on a day to day basis:Own and deliver project analysis tasks from inception to go-live.Draft and maintain documentation in support of Collateral Processing, Margin Calculation, Collateral Transfer and Portfolio & Margin Reconciliation.Engage with key stakeholders from Markets, Treasury, Risk, Operations and IT to obtain sign off of functional requirements.Assist in project planning, issue management and risk management as thesis relate to requirements delivery. Essential requirements:Detailed knowledge of derivatives trading and processing - especially Collateral Processing, Margin Calculation, Collateral Transfer and Portfolio & Margin Reconciliation.Experience in working directly with FO, Risk Management and Operations.Experience with delivery or regulatory initiatives within Markets and / or Risk Management.Ability to work independently, be proactive and take ownership of issues and project tasks.Proven experience in requirements gathering and process analysis including workshops and facilitating end-user meetings.Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.Good communicator with peers, managers and business users.Ability to work in a project team and across teams.Hands-on attitude and delivery focused.Excellent English communication and good interpersonal skills. Desirable:Knowledge of Collateral & Custodian processing. Knowledge of Collateral Transfer and Portfolio & Margin Reconciliation.Knowledge of OTC Bilateral Margining and / or FRTB requirements.Experience working with Murex.Ability to work under pressure.Good sense of humour.
