Are you a Maintenance/Engineering Supervisor from a food background looking to take the next step up and become part of the senior management team, moulding your own department and overseeing the engineering functions across the business? This opportunity will see you take on a pivotal role in the company's ongoing success, you will manage a team of highly skilled engineers aiding in their development and ensuring efficient, safe working principles. This renowned manufacturer are already well underway in their expansion plans having recently invested £20 million in their new facility and are set to continue this growth with exciting plans for future investment. This role would suit a Maintenance / Engineering Supervisor from a food background looking to take the next step up into senior management The Role:Overseeing all site personnel within the engineering department.Responsible for all predictive, planned and preventative maintenance activities.Develop strategies and reports to improve safety, performance and reduce costs. The Person:Engineering / Maintenance Supervisor.Food / FMCG backgroundExperience with BRC / Hygiene requirements would be an advantage.
