One of REED Technologies core clients are looking for an experienced, immediately available 1st line support Analyst for a 3 month cover….You will be expected to log, manage and resolve tasks allocated by the IT Helpdesk using the Web Helpdesk software to agreed timescales and internal Service Level Agreements while being in frequent communication to the users so that they are informed of task progress including closure of raised tickets.Listed below is experience and knowledge desired for this position.A good technical understanding of computers, networks and communication systemsPC and network fault-finding skillsKnowledge of Windows 7 and Windows 10Excellent MS Office skillsSuperb communication skillsGood telephone mannerPatience and understanding when communicating with usersTime Management skillsWillingness to help and train others Day rate - £110-£130Contract Length - 3 monthsIf you have any questions, please contact Alasdair Wallace -
