The successful candidate will be joining at an exciting time, where ideas and innovation are encouraged.DescriptionIT Technical Lead (End-User Computing) - FMCG - £50kEvaluating, Recommending, Implementing and Managing an Enterprise Systems Platform. Overview of Responsibilities:Assisting in their IT Strategy, including setting objectives and communicating with the Enterprise Systems Manager & Senior Management team.Managing incidents escalated from the Business Systems Support team, analysing issues and formulating practical resolutions.Ensuring high standards and clear distribution of knowledge between colleagues in the Enterprise Team, Business Analysts and Service Desk teams. Primary Responsibilities:Development and management of core applications.Support and administration of Microsoft Windows and Active Directory environment to ensure accessibility.All related documentation is kept up-to-date to enable support of systems by other team members and departments.Managing software licensing and billing.Application security concepts, collaborating with the Security Architect & Enterprise Systems Manager.Efficient management of application delivery projects, ensuring their delivery on-time and within-budget.Recovery time and recovery point objectives are agreed with Application Owners, ensuring service recovery.Provision of capacity and usage reports to ensure well-managed and available applications.Incident Reports in the event of service outages, including analysis and preventable measures to mitigate risk.Management of application changes in alignment with change management policy.Troubleshooting of all areas of their core IT Infrastructure.ProfileOur client are looking for an integral member to their operations, who will not only bring a wealth of knowledge and experience, but look to build on this and enhance their professional calibre.
