Desktop Support AnalystOur global client is urgently looking for an experienced Desktop Support Analyst to join their fast growing team based in London, on a permanent basis. The Desktop Support Analyst will provide a high level of first and second line support to members of staff across the EMEA region and local IT support within the London office.The Desktop Support Analyst will be required to work Monday - Friday, from 9am to 5:30pm. Furthermore, the Desktop Support Analyst will be rewarded with a competitive salary as well as a truly brilliant benefits package.Desktop Support Analyst - Key Skills:

'€¢Experience performing installations, moves, software and hardware adds and changes to end users' IT equipment.'€¢Experience using VPN client and Citrix client'€¢Ability to multitask, work under pressure and handle interruptions while maintaining flexibility in work assignments'€¢Methodical approach to problem determination'€¢Ability to communicate confidently with people at all levels in the Firm'€¢Ability to remain calm under pressure and in the face of provocation'€¢Ability and desire to learn new systems and processes'€¢Able to work as part of a team as well as independently'€¢Strong knowledge and experience of supporting Windows OS, Mac, MS Office 16 / 365, Acrobat X, IE 11, Chrome and other browsers.'€¢Understanding of and enthusiasm for PC technology'€¢Experience of dealing directly with clients and providing excellent customer support
