Reporting into the IT Service Delivery Manager, this is an integral role to the IT Service Team where talent and commitment is recognised. Below are the key responsibilities:Provide support and proactive maintenance for line of business applications (patching, updating, deploying)Support 3rd Party software that integrates into the Worksite DMS and other toolsManage and maintain MDM (Mobile Device Management) and SCCM (System Centre Configuration Manager) platforms and servicesManage and maintain Group PolicyTroubleshoot and fix Software application related issuesProvide 3rd Line Support to the Helpdesk TeamEscalation of incidents to suppliers - building long-term service relations with suppliersAdvising and training the service desk to independently support applications support shift left prioritiesIndependently undertake projects to upgrade systems provided by 3rd PartiesManage and maintain the portfolio of Applications and Software updates via SCCMMaintain Desktop Image Testing and release cycles ensuring that the firm is protected from threatsFrequent vendor updates are prepared for and managed appropriatelyProfileThe client's ambitious decision to launch its Liverpool office makes it one of the top law firms in the North West.
