I'm on the lookout for a talented RPA developer with extensive experience using Automation Anywhere and the Microsoft stack to come and work on an exciting new project for one of our global Automotive clients.You will be working in the wider development team alongside a number of other internal technical teams, 3rd parties and suppliers.
This is an exciting role for someone with a strong level of experience working as an RPA Developer to join an exciting digital transformation project. To be successful in this role, you will need experience implementing RPA into a business from the start. Your role will centre around, identifying opportunities and processes within the business where RPA would be of benefit, helping to define the scope and implementation strategy as well as hands on coding.
You will be expected to:
Own and drive the identification of RPA opportunitiesDesign RPA solutions utilising best practicesCreate and update RPA documentation for support of automated processesReview functional and design specifications to ensure full understanding of individual deliverables.Direct and manage Pilot/ PoC / production development from beginning to endDevelop RPA solutions involving various platforms (e.g., Citrix, web, Microsoft Office, database, scripting)Troubleshoot application build, deployments, recreate customer issues, build POCsWorking closely with the Software Development, Test, Support and Project teams throughout the project life-cycle to ensure that the testing is aligned to requirementsSupport UAT with business users, capturing and reporting defects to the project to enable review, required remediation and re-test. The ideal candidate will have:
Experiencein design and testing of software and processesVisual Studio, .NET, C#An understanding of configuration/scripting type technologies, such as excel macros / c#Experienceand knowledge of agile, SCRUM and Kanban methodologiesExperiencewith issue and project tracking tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira or TFSAgility and capability to adapt to change; handle multiple demands / priorities effectively; handle conflict effectively; collaborate; willing to accept new responsibilities; take initiative and be accountableExperienceof SQL; writing simple queries to validate data; inserting test data; some knowledge of relational databases If the above role sounds like a great fit with your skills, you live close to Bletchley and want to find out more, send your CV through the advert and I will call you back with more information.
