IT Infrastructure Analyst

Wimbledon

£40,000 - £45,000

An excellent opportunity for an IT Infrastructure Analyst to work with one of the leading football clubs is now open for new applicants. The successful IT Infrastructure Analyst will provide 3rd line technical and operational support for all IT hardware as well as providing overflow support for service desk and support teams. We require the analyst to have excellent communication and problem solving skills alongside fantastic organisation skills.

Responsibilities

*Respond to 3rd line technical support queries professionally and efficiently, maintaining a high degree of customer service

*Arrange external/third-party support when relevant

*Perform hardware & software installations, upgrades, updates, configurations and troubleshooting

*Provide support of all FFC IT Services including Servers, Desktops/Laptops, Printers, Access Control and on-premise/hosted Applications

*Perform Server, Database and Network troubleshooting, configuration and maintenance

*Perform and maintain backups, and test as required

*Working with the Head of IT, identify and implement improvements and upgrades to current IT Infrastructure across FFC, working on and managing IT Projects/Tasks.

*Work on individual IT Projects in addition to daily tasks

*Provide Out of Hours support as required by the business.

*Provide Matchday support as required by the business.

*Produce documentation on profiles, standards, policies, builds and technical projects as well as documentation of all support procedures.

*Mentor the IT Service Desk and Support teams, sharing knowledge

Experience:

*Experience in deploying, configuring, maintaining and troubleshooting Microsoft Desktop and Server Operating Systems, including Group Policy, Print Management, DHCP and DNS for Windows Server 2008+

*MS Office 365 Administration & Compliance

*Excellent Domain/Active Directory knowledge and experience, including FSMO roles + NTFS permissions

*Experience and working knowledge of VMWare VSphere

*Experience and working knowledge of Microsoft SQL

*Advanced understanding and experience in networking, routing etc.

*Experience and working knowledge of Enterprise Security technologies (VPN, AV, Firewalls, Certificates etc)

*Experience with Deployment Technologies
