Oracle Fusion: Systems Integration Lead

9 months+An Oracle Cloud Fusion Integration Lead is required for our public sector client to specify, design, develop, test, implement, and deliver a number of interfaces (1 and 2 way) between the existing organisation's IT systems and the new Oracle Cloud Fusion, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and other systems.The Programme is implementing a new system along with the following Oracle modules: Human Capital Management (HCM), Oracle Cloud Recruitment (ORC), Oracle Policy Automation (OPA), Workforce Compensation, Oracle Learning, Goal Management, Career Development, Performance Management, Talent Management, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP - Finance and Procurement), Planning and Budgetary Cloud Services (PBCS). Current interfaces use a variety of methods including: CSV Files. XLS files, FTP, FTP / XML files, .Txt files, Manual import and export, Workflows from document scanners.Key Skills:

* Oracle ICS & SOAP

* Knowledge of C++ coding, XML & Java is also required

* Ability to work with system developers and integration specialist to analyse current interfaces and requirements and translate into functional and technical specifications.

* Working with developers to ensure interfaces have been developed correctly.

* Matrix management of a multidisciplinary team when required.

* Working with the test manager to test interfaces and resolve any issues (if applicable).

* Contribute to testing and development of interfaces being developed and delivered by third party companies.Knowledge and Experience:

* Experience of designing, developing, testing and implementing 1 and / or 2 way interfaces with Oracle Cloud Fusion to tight deadlines within a large scale complex change programme.

* Good communication skills with the ability to present in both written and verbal formats complex information to a range of audiences.

* Experience of integrating various systems to Oracle Fusion or previous Oracle ERP products.

* Knowledge and experience of working with off shore parties, with a detailed understanding of data protection, current data security principles and legislation.

* Experience of third party interface guides and quickly translating to requirements for developing new interfaces.

* Experience of API's and configuring third party interfaces and integration.Desirable:

* Experience of Crown DMS or other Duty Management Systems

* Have worked with Evosys and their Evo Integration hub
