We have an urgent requirement for an Audit Assistant to provide support to a project to rollout new telephone handsets across multiple sites. You will be responsible for completing an audit of the offices completing a spreadsheet to detail the network port, cable and related extension number to pass back to the Project Manager ahead of scheduling the rollout of the new devices. You will also be assisting the engineers with the rollout of the devices by building up a knowledgebase of each of the areas within the organisation. There will be some assistance with floorwalking and user training to ensure that users are familiar with how to use the new devices.
Essential Skills and experience include:
* Methodical and self motivated, can work through an audit efficiently in line with expectations set by the Project Manager
* Excellent customer service and communication skills - written and verbal
* Good understanding of IT / Telecommunications support and troubleshooting - not an expert as the focus will be on the audit
The role will require travel to other sites so the successful candidate will need to have a driving licence and their own vehicle.
