Test Engineer

I am working with a client who is looking for a contractor to join their engineering team for a 12 month contract. The role requires up to 50% travel around Europe to be on clients site, so the engineer will need to be willing to do this, with the remaining 50% to be based in the UK office in Hampshire. The job is testing and integration of the companies 5G chipsets into software modem. Other responsibilities will be trouble shooting, analysis/recording problems (Test results), and equipment maintenance. The candidate should have similar experience in this field and preferably with LTE/IMS/VoLTE. Experience with IP telephone networks and handset tests with 4G/5G operators is a bonus, and you must be confident in working with clients on site.
