We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established organisation for a Head of Data Analytics.The Head of Data Analytics will develop, lead and drive the use of and value creation from data consistent with the organisation's strategic, financial and business objectives. They will develop and manage a set of tools, analytical methodologies and supporting infrastructure to provide and deliver analytical support group wide.Key Responsibilities:Data Opportunities:Identify available technologies both internal and external to support data analytics and the development of data productsDrive the collection of data and the creation of data products through identification and implementation of data sets both external and internalOwn creation of data products across all business areas and divisions to enhance colleague and client experience, improving existing and create new revenue streams and support development of new product services.Analytics Foundations:Prototype and deliver the best practice usage of advance and next generation analytics methodologies, processes and platforms in conjunctions with CTO team and in line with group architectural standards into the analytics users across the organisation.Support the integration of data scientists and stewards into the business processes to change the culture of data usageManage ROI of analytics tolls and platforms through use of analytical toolsets across the group.Commercial Support:Support our commercial teams through development of propositions for usage or external data to protect, improve or develop revenue streamsStrategy and Stakeholders:Work with the CIO to define, plan and achieve financial and non-financial targets in support of the business strategyWork to translate current and future business strategies into the Data strategy with senior business stakeholders
