Technical Business Analyst - Process Improvement - Application SupportStockton on Tees£25,000 - £32,000 Our client is a leading British brand who are looking for a Technical Business Analyst to join their team. You will have a technical background, potentially in software development, SQL or ERP Application Support. Your technical IT background will enable you to provide support to the IT team whilst leading the business improvement process. Some areas of the business are heavily reliant on spreadsheets and paper forms - a key project is to review these processes, working with the teams to identify technical solutions. Following this, you will draw up the specs and work with the IT team to deliver a solution. This role will offer variety and you will wear several hats!
