UX/UI DesignerMobile Apps, iOS, Android, Sketch, InVision, Axure, Adobe, Design, Digital, Fintech£60,000 max plus benefitsKings Cross, London Your primary goals will be to design the next generation of mobile websites, apps and other mobile interfaces across multiple devices such as iOS and Android platforms. We need a App Designer to contribute to and help shape these digital propositions. You will be responsible for the User Interface design and the User Experience of our 17 apps (and growing) portfolio. Our Apps will be leading our digital strategy with large investment into its success as we move into the digital space. This role required a hardworking, motivated and deadline driven individual who advocates user-centred design and uses data and insights to inform their decisions.Key AccountabilitiesConceptualise, develop and design innovative interaction designs, navigation and prototypes of our AppsDevelop User Interface designs using knowledge of task flows, functionality requirements, Information Architecture, UI best practice and industry/company native interface standardsCollaborate with UX, BA's, PO's and development teams to ensure that the integrity of the experience is maintained through launchClearly communicate User Experience principles and design decisions to stakeholders and project team membersChampion user-centred design and usability principlesRun and facilitate user research activities and present findings back to stakeholders and team membersHelp run and facilitate in workshop and focus group activitiesContribute to new briefs and help shape the experienceSkills and Experience

ESSENTIALExtensive experience and a strong portfolio showcasing projects worked on and the results of your work.Expert knowledge in the use of Sketch, InVision, Axure, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office SuiteExpert knowledge of UX and UI design and the principles when designing for native devicesConfident communicator with solid writing and visual communication skillsExperience with wireframing/prototyping tools to demonstrate your design approachExperience with iterative testing to validate designs

DESIRABLEGood analytical skillsUnderstanding of Accessibility standards (W3C)Experience working within an Agile team (SCRUM/KANBAN) UX/UI DesignerMobile Apps, iOS, Android, Sketch, InVision, Axure, Adobe, Design, Digital, Fintech
