Microsoft Service Team Leader - £55,000 Job DescriptionWe are looking from a Microsoft Dynamics evangelist to join a leading Microsoft Gold Partner within their service delivery team. You will head up the support team and deal with delivering a fluid service to a broad range of clients. From this you will coordinate team resources and be integral for when it comes to achieving personal and company targets. Package starting at £55,000.

Role & ResponsibilitiesMaintain marketing information and delivering this to their client baser - Focus being on Microsoft Dynamics 365Delivering continuous improvement to multiple clientsLine managing staff across Dynamics support issuesMaintaining Configuration Management Database and recording customer usageEnsuring customer retentionMaintaining technical and functional delivery with customersLeading escalation issues for the delivery service team

Skills & QualificationsExperience dealing with mid-market and Enterprise clientsStrong commercial focus on delivery and relationship managementAwareness of a broad range of technologies Excellent stakeholder management skills are essentialInterviews are currently taking place with all notice periods being considered.
