IT Support - £25k-£28k
Our client, a growing retail engineering company are looking to recruit a talented IT Support Technician. With 16 offices across the UK and a user base of 150, you will be joining their IT team based in Harpenden.
Skills / Environment
Sage Line 200
In addition to traditional 1st and 2nd Line / Helpdesk Support, you will also be involved in supporting Sage Line 200 and our client's internal industry specific experience.
The role requires a determined candidate, with a good understanding of Microsoft technologies / environments. The successful IT Support Technician must possess a can-do attitude and be able to use their own initiative to effectively support the team.
Experience within Sage Line 200 is advantageous.

First line support, 1st line support, Helpdesk, IT technician, Support analyst 2nd line support.
