Job DescriptionYou will join a dynamic Microsoft Partnered Managed Service Provider based near Watford providing support to a range of sector leading clients both face to face and remotely. You will be confident handling a range of support queries as well as providing a high level of client engagement and satisfaction. The successful applicant will also be provided with support and opportunities to shadow senior team members whilst developing your skills and working on certifications.
Role & ResponsibilitiesRemote Support and Client Facing support to a range of clientsProvide competent 2nd line support for O365, AD, VMware, Windows serverWindows 10 OS / Mac OS X supportPrinters, basic networkingDropbox, One Drive maintenance and administration
