This is an exciting opportunity for a 1st Line Help Desk Technician to join a fast paced and dynamic helpdesk environment, with a focus on excellent customer service.
You will be joining a fantastic team with Europe's largest multi -brand provider of managed print services, document, process technology, and outsource services. A backround in IT support isn't necessary, although some experience in 1st Line is desirable. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to grow their career within IT.
In order to be suitable for this role you should be detail orientated and highly organised. Possess a problem-solving attitude and have a strong focus on providing excellent customer service.
