A backround in IT support isn't necessary, although some experience in 1st Line is desirable. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to grow their career within IT.ResponsibilitiesUsing remote access software to assist their customers in resolving print, scan, fax, and network related issuesProviding assistance to field engineers for IT SupportProblem Diagnosis and fault resolutionInvestigate connection issues and concerns, both internally and directly with their clientsAbility to work in a team and communicate effectivelyFast turnaround of customer requestsIn order to be suitable for this role you should be detail orientated and highly organised.
