Clinical Document Governance and Management Operations Manager vacancy for a globally operating Basel based company in the pharmaceutical sector. Your experience/skills:Work experience in international and multi-cultural working environmentSolid experience with SharePoint, HR systems such as HR Core, and Learning Management Systems such as Up4GrowthStrong computer skills such as MS Word, Excel and PowerPointExcellent organisation, communication and tracking skills combined with accurate and detail oriented way of workAble to meet timelines, embrace new ideas, explore their efficiency and adapt themCommercial training or equivalent is to be provedLanguages: English, fluent in written and spoken, German or French are advantageous Your tasks:Supporting on boarding, off boarding of various associates from external service providersEnsuring access to tools and systems of the business as well as maintaining staff trackersAssigning trainings to CDGM and external service provider associates in learning management systemProviding logistical coordination and support in CDGM meetings through presentation preparation, communication and coordinationMaintaining CDGM SharePoint through close cooperation with CDGM members and other content owners Start: 01/2020
