The SAP MM/IM/WM Consultant Role:
The MM/IM/WM consultant takes ownership of consulting and client activity by advising and defining solutions and acting as a specialist who provides subject matter expertise. They are focussed on delivering sales revenue through delivering personal and company utilisation. They are typically recognised as a leader in a particular area within the consulting group, and assist in developing and mentoring others and innovating company propositions.
They also assist in proposition development, IP development, and winning bids.
Responsibilities and Expectations
+ Engage closely with customer and sales and business development teams to assist in the translation of business requirements into a solution that takes advantage of both ECC and S/4 capabilities supporting the architecting of Supply Chain Management within the overall solution landscape. This will include collaboratively compiling statements of works to support any stage of the sales and deal review processes. Leads and co-ordinates integrated workshops with detail and complexity with Senior Stakeholders in the customer business.
+ Adhering to the agreed company strategy, engage in self-directed and other learning to keep pace with new technologies and developments to ensure we remain at the forefront of the market within which we operate. Share, use and communicate expert knowledge in order to develop others and make business processes more effective.
+ Recognise potential for repeat and extended business with respect to end-to-end service offered by the business and provide comprehensive input. Support business growth by being alert to the customer opportunities that present themselves.
+ Have strength and depth in delivery and configuration expertise in the Supply Chain Management area
+ Exposure to EWM would be a distinct advantage
+ Provides specialist subject matter expertise in line with the solution
+ Takes total ownership of delivering solutions and value to the customer by leading projects and project teams
About You:
+ At least 6 years of professional experience working within an SAP / Supply Chain Management consulting environment. Experience working with a value added re-seller or software house would be advantageous
+ Proven and demonstrable experience in solution design and architecture with successful delivery and experience of all elements of between 4 and 6 full project lifecycles
